I understand that feeling.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work alongside tribal nations, nonprofit organizations, public health systems, community programs, and leadership teams. While every role was different, I found myself returning to the same question:

How do we stay connected to what matters most when life and work become complicated?

Over time, I learned that some of our most important decisions happen when we slow down long enough to reflect. Yet reflection is often the first thing we set aside when responsibilities increase, expectations grow, and the pace of life speeds up.

I have also learned that asking questions, revisiting values, or speaking up when something feels out of alignment is not always easy. Sometimes people welcome those conversations. Sometimes they don't. But I believe those moments matter because they help us better understand who we are, what we stand for, and how we want to move forward.

That belief became the foundation for Rooted Bloom Collective.

Rooted Bloom Collective was created to support people, organizations, and communities as they navigate change, strengthen leadership, reconnect with their values, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

How We Support Growth

At Rooted Bloom Collective, we support individuals, organizations, and communities through reflection, leadership, creativity, and connection.

Coaching & Leadership Support:

  • Sometimes you need space to think things through.

  • Coaching provides support, reflection, and accountability as you navigate challenges, strengthen leadership, clarify goals, and move forward with intention. Rather than telling you what to do, coaching helps you explore possibilities, gain perspective, and identify the path that feels most aligned for you.

Consulting & Organizational Development:

  • Sometimes organizations need support moving work forward.

  • Consulting helps organizations, nonprofits, tribal programs, and community initiatives strengthen alignment, develop strategies, support teams, and create meaningful progress. Drawing from years of leadership experience, consulting provides guidance, recommendations, facilitation, and practical solutions to help organizations achieve their goals.

Why REBLOOMED?

Creativity has always been part of my story.

Long before Rooted Bloom Collective existed, I was creating art. Painting, creating, and working with my hands has always helped me process experiences, reflect, and see things from a different perspective. Some of my best thinking has happened with a paintbrush in my hand rather than sitting behind a desk.

Over the years, I also developed a love for vintage treasures, repurposed pieces, and objects that carry history and character. I enjoy finding beauty in things that still have value and a story to tell.

REBLOOMED grew from those passions.

Through original artwork, vintage finds, and thoughtfully repurposed treasures, REBLOOMED celebrates creativity, renewal, and the belief that things still have value and purpose.

In many ways, REBLOOMED reflects what I believe about people and communities. We all go through seasons of change. We all carry stories, strengths, and experiences that shape who we are. Sometimes growth comes from creating something new. Sometimes it comes from seeing what already exists through a different lens.

REBLOOMED also helps support the broader mission of Rooted Bloom Collective. Proceeds help fund community workshops, supplies, creative programming, and opportunities for people to gather, learn, reflect, and grow together.
